I injured my foot stepping off some machinery. My supervisor said "yah were not supposed to stand up there but everyone does it" I talked to the workmans comp person, they gave me a doctor to go see and told me I had to make the request. I didn't think anything about it. The Dr they sent me to said it was gout. I didn't care my foot healed on its own.

Got hurt in work 23 years ago workman's comp doctor got me hooked on oxycontin that the doctor said it was not addictive in 2016 i have kidney stones went to a hospital the nurse says I was drug seeking how can a nurse say that and it's on my records now how can I sue the nurse or the hospital for putting that on my records

My ex was a FedEx driver, he almost lost his arm after being attacked by a dog while delivering a package. It was awful the way they threatened to take away insurance and temporary disability through the job. He worked for them for 15 years in 2 different states and none of that mattered. Always hire a lawyer for stuff like this.
