Anyway, my comment to you is LONG overdue:
I sincerely cannot express enough gratitude for your willingness to share your invaluable experience here on YouTube. I have spent hours watching every one of your videos to date. I have personally incorporated and applied many of the tips and tricks you have graciously shared. Your inclination to openly share your extensive expertise with respect to Florida personal injury matters has assisted me with negotiating and leveraging my clients' P.I. cases for a more favorable outcome, even while still working with the adjuster. Finding a way to achieve a fair and reasonable settlement at this stage substantially reduces the need to file suit and litigate. As you are surely aware, litigation can be painstakingly cumbersome, most especially for the injured client that may end up having to attend depositions (or trial) and/or plausibly wait years to get a reasonable settlement (or judgement) against an insurance carrier. Of course, I am not deterred from having to file a lawsuit if necessary.

You are truly a model ethical lawyer and a master at your craft. Without calling out specific law firms or any specific attorney, this video is yet another way you show you are willing to do the right thing, not taking the "easy out", simply cutting corners, or finding ways to increase contingency fee recoveries. All of which I have heard all too often from those that hired a P.I. firm to represent them in the past.

On that note, it is evidently clear you take great pride in your clients' best interests while demonstrating genuine concern and care. If anyone else is reading this, they should hire you if they are unfortunate to become seriously injured. I know they will be in great hands.

I suppose at this point, my only other wish is that I could earn CLE credits from what I learned from you so far 🙂 ….Nonetheless, I am grateful for your time and creative effort you put in to each one of your videos that have surely helped (at least hundreds) of injured persons navigate the complexities of P.I. matters and explaining it in layman's terms…and of course, helping fellow attorneys alike become better skilled in their practice.
