What can be done about a surgeon willfully not giving full informed consent & lying about a procedure afterward?

The consent form was generic w/o detail — No information provided.

Do I need another doctor to medically validate this claim?

I have full documentation & a witness who heard the doctor lying. Plus my local attorney said it's legit & is looking for an expert on such malpractice. His paralegal said something about a doctor's validation. What's needed to validate my claim? FYI — I'm in PA & statutes end 2/2023, but discovery rule may apply from complications.

3:27 is really the key, most PI lawyers dabble too much and become "jack of all ..master of none". When you find an attorney that served the other side of the fence (defense attorney for hospitals), they know the precedence, have the contacts and thereby have the skills to build a case for you.

What do they typically consider “catastrophic” is what I keep wondering?

Is there any other path victimized patients can do?

I HAD a simple, common diagnosis, or would’ve had I received a biopsy as requested repeatedly. Now my case is so complex, three dermatologists have referred me out, and one surgeon refused to help. This is BAD.
