  1. I understand what you guys are saying I’m not saying you guys are not saying all right but you had to understand was he there? He said he would he does come in, so did he come from lunch or he came from home? Do you want to say I don’t know what’s the full story now that nail gun you’d like he said you have to hold it down and shoot because you don’t matter if you pull it up Pull the trigger it won’t call you when I say can I have a safety thing on there but when I’m getting that is the machine Hass to be on lol no not really because it’s airline getting on my I could be Aaron and in the line tell you think of that, but so my hands to hold that down and Shira so what that doesn’t make me know since I said that she’s going to Houston shoot herself I don’t know Mika it’s kind of weird

  2. I’d like to know how that gun shot because you had to hold it down because it has like a little trigger part on the tip then Danielle goes out it’s for like a safety reason like we didn’t put note that if you pulled a trigger it won’t shut off because I have a safety net net is on without whatever the worst called but you have to hold the gun down then has like a little tip on a den. The nail goes in and what is the air now or a battery operated read it now I don’t know so you guys don’t put all the details in it

  3. If you say that’s a scene now I don’t think so. Cause it looks like to me or you took the head off because it doesn’t look like you got the head on that now. Sorry but not saying didn’t happen but I don’t think that’s the right now.

  4. Who pays the verdict? The other tv courts pay the verdict that’s why they only allow $5000. I’ve never seen him totally blame the injured person

  5. Everybody know that you don’t just walk into a construction site, that is why he had he blocked out and told her to meet him outside. If she had on regular shoes she wouldn’t of stubbed her toe which causes her to get shot in the head with the nail gun!!!

  6. In my opinion they were both in the wrong. 1.) He should have put his tools up when he wasn't using them at the moment. 2.) She should've listened to his advise about waiting there around 1:30pm. If I was her, I would have waited till I saw him, so he could walk me safely through the house. I mean what did she expect, after heiring someone who works with construction? What did she expect there to be? A fully cleaned house and no construction equipment with a job that usually takes 3 -4 months.

  7. 14:33 This judgment is Absolute trash the judge is 100% wrong but the information was not presented before him because he didn't ask the proper question of his own expert and that was what are the safety protocols for utilizing a nail gun or a propelled equipment.
Absolute judgment fail. On the other hand, the plantiff did not present this information either.

  8. 13:25 I can't believe it. The contractor did not bring up the safety procedures for using this type of equipment on a job site. These are requirements by the occupational health and safety administration.

  9. No way that lady should have won all that money. She had no business going in an active construction zone.
I don't think this court is real.
    That head dressing was ridiculous.
