I have a question I've had 3 surgies 2 for a mencus tear and the final one was a knee replacement I've been on workers comp for a little under a year and it took 2.5 years to win my lawsuit against workers comp, now I'm fixing to have a maximum medical improvement I will not be able to return to the same job I had I'll have to have another knee replacement 15 years from now. My knee wasn't like this before the accident and I was fired for filing a workers compensation. I'm 50 years old what type of settlement am I looking at. Can you please answer my question. I'm in WYOMING and I have a good attorney but he isn't going to tell me anything until after my impairment rating so by law it's 37 percent but I'm on a cane I've been on a cane since the accident in 2020 at work

Im curious , how do they determine the percentage on an injury say for instance I have epicondylitis in both arms from repetitive motion been to PT, and acupuncture and it is still sore and unable to lift a certain weight at certain angles? Is that considered a permanent disability ?

My buddy fractured his c1-c3 along the lumbar spine, now has chronic headaches and his right hip structure is permanently damaged. 96/100 on the PDQ. Been gone for 40 weeks. What should he expect when looking at a chart for an estimated settlement?
