  1. My question is work injury. I had surgery on my sijoint. Then and then I found out I need to have surgery on my other sijoint. So I was rated at 20% to the whole body with my first surgery. Now am in 3 week in healing from my other sijoint surgery. So my question is will my percentage change to the whole body or will it stay the same. Is 20% fair amount?

  3. I got my qme report and I was at 18 percent wpi and now I just got my report from the insurance company it says that I’m only 9 percent disability rating. Why would it be so low, my apportionment is 100 percent from industrial.

  4. been on going to different PT for about 8 months. My case has been going on since last March. This upcoming March marked the first year my injuries happened. Kinda sucks that I cannot do much at this time…

  5. Hello love your videos… What if have to get another IME REPORT from a injuster for a second time? First time I was 25% disabled,told go back to work, and had carpal tunnel release surgery month ago. Got hit in forearm area by a heavy box at work. An haven't gone to physical therapy due adjuster still haven't approved my physical therapy???
