1. Hello I was under regular doctor care during my pregnancy. My doctor did not perform the standard two ultra sounds that s typical heathy pregnant women would recieve during pregnancy. After my last visit while pregnant I asked for that 2nd ultra sound as I was very concerned about my baby and not having had that 2nd ultrasound earlier during my pregnancy. My doc after measuring my belly and asking me if I felt this baby was smaller than my last and me saying yes I did feel that my baby was smaller than my last. She orders me to go in for ultra sound and stress test the following day. Not only do I fail the stress test and the ultrasound showed I had very little or no amniotic water in my womb but my baby had stopped growing and was measuring around 35 weeks. At this point in my pregnancy I was 38 weeks pregnant. So my questions do I have a case? I have spoken to attorneys who believe I MIGHT have a case and directed me to speak to the board. I will be doing this tomorrow.

5. when you talked about damages at 2:59. i think you got that incorrect. certain damages are capped, but there be many different types of tors added on top of that 250k that you mentioned, that limit was only refereing to damages itself, not the other torts like punitive damages which would be added on top of that.

   most medical procedures or damages in these cases would be under 250k which sounds somewhat reasonable. and punitive damages is the thing that actually meant to punish them.

7. We rushed my father to the hospital because we thought he was having a stroke… this is the hospital he's been to a few times. His sugar level was reading 400 something.. they took some blood to run some test and then put him on an IV.. he was discharged within 2 1/2 hours. They didnt even check his sugar levels before he left. Hours later i couldnt wake my dad up, his sugar had dropped to 36.. he's now in a coma and we've been told he has metabolic brain damage. Is it possible to sue?

8. I went to skincare clinic for hyperpigmentation removal and the lady burnt my face for life. It's been 5 months and its not going away, i've been taking medicines and trying everything i can but its still there. Can I sue them.

9. What happens if the doctor's left out a symptom from the medical records. But you have a voicenote on your WhatsApp message that you sent someone while you were in the hospital telling that person about that symptom that you observed that the doctor did not report, and it could've led to the right diagnosis and saving the person's life? Can it be admissable in court?

11. My mother went into the hospital on February the 20th she had a UTI, While there her afeb went to acting and up. They performed what is called a TEE. 20 minutes later when my mother came back to her room, she was different. She talked and spoke like she had a trait. I asked the doctor what happened. And that she did not sound like that Before she went downstairs to that procedure. Doctor and nurse both told me she was fine she's just irritated because of the procedure and the tube that had to go down her throat.Doctor and nurse both told me she was fine that her throat was just irritated because of the procedure. From that point on my mother could not eat or drink anything. Then the doctor came back and said that she had what was called a diverticulum. Something that is formed on the throat to keep food from going down the right way and that this was the reason why she was choking on her food and water. Mind you this is not why she went into the hospital, mind you my mom ate fine and drunk fine prior to this procedure.So when I corresponded with a family friend who is a doctor he told me it sounds like they put a hole in her Asophicus when performing the TEE. Long story short my mom was in the hospital from February the 20th through March 7th and she passed on March 7th. My mom went most those days with no food or water mind you they kept saying that she had a diverticulum that was causing this. they never thought that I would go and get a autopsy done. As of today we have buried my mother, and we did get an autopsy done. And it did show that mom not only did die from the hole in the esophagus but poison leaked out through her whole body and she never even had a diverticulum issue.🎉😢 By my mother already having a lot of other health issues and 75 years old on top of Ben black and on medicaid they probably never thought that I would go and get an autopsy done!!!!!!! They never once acknowledged what they did they knew what they did and covered the story up by trying to say that she had a diverticulum issue and that that was the thing that caused her to pass. Now that we have an optopsy done and her death certificate and a lawyer We will see them in court.😢😢😢😢😮 We Go in blind trusting a doctor in a hospital we go in blind having faith in believing that all their years of medical practice that they would do the right thing and that they will take care of our loved one to the best to their ability.
    Doctors and hospitals alike take an oath to save a life not to take a life and then cover it up. My faith in hospitals and doctors have been altered for life😢😢😢

12. LOL I find it fascinating that this guy focus is on money first and how difficult it is to sue because there’s a cap on how much people can get in damages. The fact of the matter is a little bit of money is better than nothing and if it goes against the doctors license the better. it is for future patients as well as current ones. The biggest problem is because there’s a cap on lawsuit awards many attorneys are reluctant to take cases. It’s sad because most attorneys are all about the money that’s called GREED. So hard to find an attorney who will fight for you because you’ve been damaged by somebody who had the schooling and is who is governed by rules and regulations and should be sued.
    If you’ve been damaged by a hospital or a physician and you can’t find an attorney because nobody will take your case even if you have a good one please consider filing a grievance with the states medical board and your insurance.
    People don’t not want to hear what you can’t do for them people wanna hear what you can do for them to refuse case after case after case is a benefit for the medical community full of bad doctors!!
    Hell just listen to the podcast Dr. death it was no attorney that helped out those patients it was another physician!!

Idk if Im eligible but they had cut my nose during a septoplasty and there was profuse bleeding and they didn't know they did it so I woke up and when I sat up blood was pouring out so I had 12 inch splints put in each nostril while I was awake which is super painful and I was almost needed to go in for emergency surgery after because of their mistake but luckily they fixed the blood problem in the nick of time but it took 3 full days of this torture before it could finally be fixed.

14. My daughter was pregnant she was two weeks over due. She had contraptions so her husband took her to hospital there she was checked n sent home saying everything is fine come back if it gets worse the midwife has given her painkillers (codeine) 30 mg after taking one tab my daughter felt the baby slowly stopped moving she thought maybe the baby was resting by the time she got back to the hospital again this time they said the baby is dead. They did nothing to help the baby instead they gave her another pain killer (codeine) and then gave her another tablet to get the contraptions going so they can get the baby out. Please advice on how I should go about making a complaint thanks. Im here at the stoke on trent hospital waiting room waiting for the doctors to get my dead grand daughter out of my daughter so my daughter. Im completely feeling lost n don’t really know what else to do. My friends please pray for my daughter n my granddaughter.

15. Hahaha! Sue yourself! Don’t use the fake BAR. Nail any doctor who has caused you harm by civilly suing with Affidavit of Truth, UCC Fee Schedule … Commercial Lien or Tort. Pull them into Common Law Court and exit their Corporation.

    He’s FULL OF SHIT and they Oath to Satanic Gawds. On top of that once you give notice and trademark your birth certificate… they’re screwed. 😂

16. How much would it cost to get faults information off my medical record?. I went to a therapist in 2018 and she didn't give me a pregnancy test before medicating me. Now I go to the doctor they think I have bipolar depression. I only seen this therapist one time and have to live with this big misunderstanding. 😢

18. I went private paid privately but all doctors in UK as re regulated. He put money first and instead of referring me for an MRI for further diagnosis since I had given him the ultrasound scan report and prescribed me pills which he suggested as a better option and kind of influenced me to take. Rather then surgery. He waisted my 7 months on this pills and the condition has gotten worse. He didn't even bother to get clarity on the situation to see how bad it was because he had no interest in performing a surgery. The issue seems like it got worse because he did further investigate and he just wouldn't refer me for an MRI when I insisted via email. He wasn't responding. So I changed my doctor as ND am having surgery but it's got a bit complex because of his negligence, I wonder if that makes a good case

19. Eric Howard Silverstein over dosed me on FSH hormone then lied on contract stating no viable embryos. Then he sold 5 of my embryos at auctions

20. In 2015 went to the er because I collapsed after a back injury. CT scans and x-rays didn't show anything. 5 years and several more trips to urgent care and the emergency room nothing no treatment besides steroids and relaxers.

    I demanded an mri. I was told I had a lateral tare in the l5 s1 and that it was inoperable and that was it. No treatment nothing. Today I was pouring catlitter into the box and my back buckeld like it has before. I can hardly walk. I looked it up it says there's an easy surgery and that it should be done right away or it can lead to things like neuropathy, which I also have now. So it looks to me as if I was pushed away and ignored and left without treatment, leaving me in this horrible condition. I just saw the good nurse on Netflix, and I think I understand why.
