Mr. Denney, what tables, or actuaries are used in determining non-economic damages? I'm trying to get an idea of what I can expect as a settlement? Is there a calculator of sorts? Thanks for putting this video up. I understand that the FLSCOTUS ruled the damage award caps to be unconstitutional. I applaud the Supremes for this holding.

I was allowed to roll off a surgical table under anesthesia. My head hit the floor. I now have post concussion syndrome and a traumatic brain injury. I cannot work like this. I'm not sure if my brain. Will ever be right again. They stole my life. It's pure and simple neglaince. Can anyone help me please?
