The insurance company ended up paying me, but they kicked and screamed the entire way. The attorney mentioned I had purchased a piece of property in Panama, and the judge asked what that had to do with my injury. The defense will be friendly and agreeable in the beginning but take ANYTHING you say or share and turn it against you. If you go i to deposition, be vague and simply answer open ended, worked for me! Hire the best attorney you can find, you cant change later.

I'm glad my case is moving along. I feel confident. I've done nothing wrong and I don't have anything to hide. Thankfully it's on camera. I had to have a lumbar fusion and I need another one on my cervical. I've decided not to have another surgery even though my surgeon is advising me too. That was the lowest I've ever felt in my life. I was so weak for months. I couldn't walk. I slipped into a depression. It was really difficult to go threw but thankfully I feel better. Let's get the show on the road!!!

This isn’t my first deposition. I had a prior back injury which I plan to disclose, but you are right because I forgot about a parking ticket. I got in Fort Lauderdale in 2009 and because I could not remember that I was labeled a big fraud. We did settle out of court but it was not very much the three ice surgery‘s. I had to regain my vision racked up a quarter of $1 million. I got $4200 after attorney fees. That doesn’t help when you are mostly blind for 18 months.
One question I did have for you is I was told that I could plead the fifth, rather than saying no in some cases. I get the feeling after watching your video that you would not say that.
