  1. I had a deposition my lawyer said it was best he had the past 6 months the work comp company lawyer snd the insurance company canceled mediation 2 times and the opposing lawyer keeps saying that the insurance adjuster needs permission from her manager beforr signing off because its a great amount is this bad or good they been doing that for 6 months already is that a bad sign?

  2. I wish I had found you first. This isn’t my first deposition. I had a prior back injury which I plan to disclose, but you are right because I forgot about a parking ticket. I got in Fort Lauderdale in 2009 and because I could not remember that I was labeled a big fraud. We did settle out of court but it was not very much the three ice surgery‘s. I had to regain my vision racked up a quarter of $1 million. I got $4200 after attorney fees. That doesn’t help when you are mostly blind for 18 months.
One question I did have for you is I was told that I could plead the fifth, rather than saying no in some cases. I get the feeling after watching your video that you would not say that.

  3. I'm currently headed towards deposition. I'm glad my case is moving along. I feel confident. I've done nothing wrong and I don't have anything to hide. Thankfully it's on camera. I had to have a lumbar fusion and I need another one on my cervical. I've decided not to have another surgery even though my surgeon is advising me too. That was the lowest I've ever felt in my life. I was so weak for months. I couldn't walk. I slipped into a depression. It was really difficult to go threw but thankfully I feel better. Let's get the show on the road!!!

  4. My case settled after 11 years, they followed me all over Central America, Mexico and USA, never had any pic or vid worth spit on me. The insurance company ended up paying me, but they kicked and screamed the entire way. The attorney mentioned I had purchased a piece of property in Panama, and the judge asked what that had to do with my injury. The defense will be friendly and agreeable in the beginning but take ANYTHING you say or share and turn it against you. If you go i to deposition, be vague and simply answer open ended, worked for me! Hire the best attorney you can find, you cant change later.

  5. Hi I wanted to ask a question, during my deposition I was asked about an gym membership that I had some years ago which I thought a week afterwards it was weird to me do you have a clue on why I was asked that question.Btw my attorney said I did great.

  6. ATTORNEY Michelle Chase of RTRLAW — is a LIER — along with RTRLAW – her employer ….. OJCC case # 21-004240IF .. I am Lawrence Hebert ,,,, SHE – Michelle Chase – told me her name is Michelle Mcghee – than sent me a contract of representation in her prior name Michelle Mcghee – she lied to me & deceived me in order to steal money from me

  7. This is a really good video. I'm up for my disposition(I live in California) in September for getting hurt at work last year. I never imagined I'd be stuck walking with a cane wherever I go.

    Thanks for the info!
